You are not applying for jobs anymore. You are being evaluated by search firms and boards, and they are reading you before they ever speak to you.
Moving from commanding a battalion or a wing to leading a division or a company is not a resume problem, it is a positioning problem. At this level the question is not what you did. It is how you think, and whether a board can see it in two pages.
What you get
- The executive set. A premium executive resume, a tailored cover letter, and a full LinkedIn overhaul delivered as a document you paste in on your own schedule. We never touch your account.
- Your comprehensive Master Resume. Your full command history written out with no length limit, yours for life, and the source your board bio and your next resume both get cut from.
- Board and C-suite positioning. Framed for boards of directors and for the congressional-style panels you already know how to sit in front of.
- A reference dossier formatted to hand to a search firm, and we will map which senior people in your own network make the strongest references for the roles you are actually chasing.
- We ask you for more than a resume. Performance evaluations, award letters, recognition write-ups, position descriptions, and the project records for the major efforts you led. Not to copy them. Because that depth of on-the-record material changes what a hiring manager can actually verify, and most candidates never assemble it.
- Nothing goes on the page that you cannot defend in the room. If a claim or a number cannot be traced to something you gave us, we pull it and ask you before it goes back, even when it sounds good and even when you want it there. At board level, a figure you cannot source is worse than no figure at all.
- Checked by someone who did not write it. A separate reviewer with no stake in the work reads your document against everything you have told us before it reaches your inbox. You get the version that survived the argument, not the first one that looked finished.
- Extended strategy sessions to define what you are for, not just what you have done. Direct access to our most senior writers.
- Clean files, both formats. Editable Word and submission-ready PDF. Document properties scrubbed before delivery, so no writer's name and no software signature sits in the file a search firm opens.
- Every line backed by something real. No "Core Competencies" keyword dump. We do not put a skill on the page unless we can point at the work where you did it.
- Written age-neutral, always. No graduation year, no phrasing that announces through math how long you have been in. The document should never volunteer the answer to how old you are.
- A hard deadline reorders the work. If you are up against a separation date or a search deadline, say so before you order. What you need first gets built first and the rest waits, at no extra cost.
- Unlimited revisions for 60 days, plus 60 days of retargeting. Both clocks start when your Master Resume and your first targeted resume are final, and both pause on request, up to 6 months while you are still serving and 3 months after.
- Delivered in 3 to 5 business days. If you have a real deadline, tell us before you order.
Need it faster? A 24-hour rush option is available at checkout.
Best for: senior officers O-5 to O-10 and command sergeants major, targeting VP, C-suite, or board roles.
Active-duty military and veterans: Use code MILVET10 for 10% off.
Before you order
I still have a year left. Is it too early?
No, and earlier is better. We build your Master Resume while your records and evaluations are still in front of you, and you can pause the retargeting clock for up to 6 months while you are still in, so nothing burns while you wait for your date.
What about my clearance?
An active clearance is one of the most valuable things on a transitioning resume for defense-contractor roles. Where it goes, and how much of it you state, depends on what you are targeting and what you are comfortable putting in writing. We will tell you what we would do and you decide.
Will it still sound like me?
Yes. We build from your own words. If a draft ever drops a sentence you wrote, we put yours back rather than leave our rewrite in its place.
Can I edit the documents you send me?
They are yours. You get an editable Word file for exactly that reason. Send it back after your edits if you want a second read, and we will tell you straight whether anything you changed weakens it.
