You were trained to say "we." Hiring managers read a resume looking for "I," and the habit that made you a good officer makes you invisible on paper.

In the service, deflecting credit is leadership. In a hiring process it reads as someone who was present while other people did things. This package is where you get permission to claim your own record, and the language to do it without sounding like someone else.

The gap between being read as a manager and being read as a director is a pay band, and it compounds for the rest of your career.

What you get

  • An executive-level narrative. Positioned for director of operations and program manager roles, built around multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams, and written so a VP reads it as a peer.
  • Budget and accountability, translated. Government property accountability and appropriated funds stated in the profit and loss terms a corporate reader already thinks in.
  • Your comprehensive Master Resume. Fifteen years of command written out in full, no length limit, yours for life. This is the document your next three resumes get cut from.
  • A senior Master Military Resume Writer who reads evaluations fluently. Someone who has turned OPRs and EPRs into business cases before, and 65% of our staff served.
  • Clean files, both formats, with document properties scrubbed before delivery.
  • Unlimited revisions, plus 30 days of retargeting. The clock starts when your Master Resume and your first targeted resume are final, and it pauses on request for up to 6 months while you are still in, 3 months after.
  • Every line backed by something real. No "Core Competencies" keyword dump. We do not put a skill on the page unless we can point at the work where you did it, because a list of buzzwords is unverifiable and the software passes over it anyway.
  • Written age-neutral, always. No graduation year, no phrasing that announces through math how long you have been in. The document should never volunteer the answer to how old you are.
  • Checked by someone who did not write it. A separate reviewer with no stake in the work reads your document against everything you told us before it reaches your inbox.
  • A hard deadline reorders the work. If you are up against a separation date or a posting that closes soon, say so before you order. What you need first gets built first and the rest waits, at no extra cost.
  • Delivered in 3 to 5 business days. If you have a real deadline, tell us before you order.

Need it faster? A 24-hour rush option is available at checkout.

Best for: senior NCOs at E-7 and E-8 and mid-grade officers at O-3 and O-4, targeting director and senior manager roles.

Active-duty military and veterans: Use code MILVET10 for 10% off.

Before you order

I still have a year left. Is it too early?
No, and earlier is better. We build your Master Resume while your records and evaluations are still in front of you, and you can pause the retargeting clock for up to 6 months while you are still in, so nothing burns while you wait for your date.

What about my clearance?
An active clearance is one of the most valuable things on a transitioning resume for defense-contractor roles. Where it goes, and how much of it you state, depends on what you are targeting and what you are comfortable putting in writing. We will tell you what we would do and you decide.

Will it still sound like me?
Yes. We build from your own words. If a draft ever drops a sentence you wrote, we put yours back rather than leave our rewrite in its place.

Should this job go on my resume?
Bring us everything you are doing now, including the parts that feel like a stopgap. A short contract or an hourly job usually earns its place, because it keeps you currently employed with no gap on the page. Deciding what makes the cut is our job, not yours, and nobody here is going to lecture you about a job that ended badly.

Can I edit the documents you send me?
They are yours. You get an editable Word file for exactly that reason. Send it back after your edits if you want a second read, and we will tell you straight whether anything you changed weakens it.
