STEP 1: VA EMAIL VERIFICATION (REQUIRED)
This is a critical requirement. Your application cannot be processed and will be automatically deleted without this verification.
You MUST upload a clear screenshot of the referral email from your EC/VRC. The screenshot must clearly show all of the following:
- The access passcode provided by your counselor
- The sender's official VA email address
- Your email address as the recipient
- The full, un-cropped body of the email
We serve a large number of veterans at no cost and do not have resources to follow up on incomplete applications. Applications without the required screenshot are automatically deleted without notification.
