My MOS or rating won't mean anything to a private-sector recruiter. How do you fix that?

That's the whole job. We map every military skill and duty to the private-sector words recruiters and hiring managers actually use, so your experience stops getting filtered out for how it's worded and starts getting read for what it is.

Do you actually understand my branch and rank?

I have an active security clearance. How do you present it?

As the asset it is. An active clearance is one of the strongest things a transitioning service member brings to defense contractors and many private-sector employers, and we position it clearly and correctly without oversharing anything sensitive.

How long does it take?

What if I'm also applying to federal jobs?

Different resume, different rules. Federal GS applications are capped at 2 pages under OPM's current standards, so we build those separately. Start on our Federal & SES page for that path, and if you're using VA benefits like VR&E, we have a dedicated route for it.

What if I'm not happy with it?

I am still on active duty and have not separated yet. Can I start now?

Yes, and earlier is better. Most people we work with start well before their separation date. If you are applying to federal jobs before you are out, the announcement will tell you what certification it wants in place of a DD-214, and we check your paperwork against it before you upload anything.

I am in VR&E (Chapter 31). Can you work with me and my counselor?

Yes. We have a page built for VR&E referrals, and the resume is free to the veteran and free to the VA. We are a private, veteran-owned company. We are not part of the VA. If a counselor referred you, start there.

I bought ahead of my separation. Does my window start now, or when I actually start applying?

If you are buying ahead of your search, we can hold your retargeting window and start it when you begin applying. Plenty of people come to us a year or more before they separate, and a window that ran out before they ever sent a resume would be worth nothing to them. Tell us your timeline when you order. For clients who are already applying, the window runs from delivery.
