If a company's careers page looks quiet, that is normal, because some employer portals hold a submission pending a verification step and some postings close within hours. Ask us and we will show you the record.

Who follows up, you or me?
We do. We watch the job-search inbox every day and employer replies are ours to answer. You should not be chasing anyone.

Should I also apply myself to a role you already applied to?
Tell us first so we can coordinate. That is not a rule to keep you out of your own search. It is so two applications do not land from the same person in two different formats, and so we know which contact is already working.

Can I change what I am targeting mid-campaign?
Yes, and people do. One client ruled out overseas work and narrowed the geography halfway through, and two roles we had set aside came back into play the same day. That is what the weekly strategy call is for.

Can I tell you not to contact a company?
