Where can I see what you actually did for me?
You are never guessing what happened. You have access to the job-search inbox running your campaign, so every application and every employer reply is in front of you as it lands, and your daily update tells you what went out and what came back. If a company's careers page looks quiet, that is normal, because some employer portals hold a submission pending a verification step and some postings close within hours. Ask us and we will show you the record.

Who follows up, you or me?
We do. We watch the job-search inbox every day and employer replies are ours to answer. You should not be chasing anyone.

Should I also apply myself to a role you already applied to?
Tell us first so we can coordinate. That is not a rule to keep you out of your own search. It is so two applications do not land from the same person in two different formats, and so we know which contact is already working.

Can I change what I am targeting mid-campaign?
Yes, and people do. One client ruled out overseas work and narrowed the geography halfway through, and two roles we had set aside came back into play the same day.

Can I tell you not to contact a company?
Yes, and it comes off the list. Not paused, off.

Do you run federal roles?
We run the federal search. We find the announcements, research each one, and check that you genuinely meet the announcement's requirements before you spend time on it. Then we build your targeted resume to that announcement's page limit, two pages for most positions, and prep you for its questionnaire when it has one. Everything we produce is built to what that announcement and current OPM guidance actually require, and we check those rules at the time we write rather than from memory. The apply step stays yours. You submit from your own USAJOBS account, and where an announcement includes the essay questions, those are yours to write and to certify as your own words. We help you get ready for them and we never write them as you. Private-sector and contractor roles, we submit for you.
