Executive Job Search Campaign
Your complete executive document set is included, a $799 value: a premium executive transition resume, a professional board bio, an executive biography, an executive LinkedIn makeover, a tailored cover letter, and your comprehensive Master Resume. That puts the campaign itself at an effective $1,701, and every document is finished before your first application goes out.
Then the campaign runs for 45 days, weekends included, with a dedicated executive strategist.
What's Included
- Daily discovery of roles at your level
- Company research and fit scoring on every application
- Your resume retailored to each specific posting
- Portal and direct email submissions
- Hiring manager outreach sent from your own address
- Follow-up on day 3 and day 7
- Recruiter engagement on your behalf
- Interview handling with prep notes before every conversation
- Salary negotiation guidance
- Weekly strategy calls
Our coverage commitment: every qualifying role we surface at your level during your 45 days gets the full treatment, researched, scored, tailored, and submitted. A role that posts late in your window still gets finished properly. And you hear from us every day either way: on a day nothing at your level qualifies, your update names the closest roles and exactly why each one missed.
This package is for the senior counsel, senior director, or agency executive moving into industry. Your next role is publicly posted and you can apply today. You don't need volume, and you don't need a retained search network. You need a small number of the right roles done properly.
Other Campaign Options
- Job Search Executive, a 45-day confidential campaign that adds retained search firm outreach and non-public channels.
- Job Search Professional, a 60-day managed campaign for non-executive roles.
Before you order
How do I see what you have actually done for me? Every organization contacted, who was reached, which version of your resume went out, where it stands, and what happens next. There is a second view for roles we reviewed and passed on, with the reason, because a quiet week is usually a filtering week and you should be able to see that too. You also have full access to the job-search inbox, so every application and every reply is in front of you as it happens.
Who follows up with employers, you or me? We do, for as long as your campaign is running. We watch the inbox every day and employer replies are ours to answer. You should not be chasing anyone. If something reaches your personal email instead, forward it and we take it from there. When the campaign ends, follow-up passes back to you and you keep the templates, the contact names, and the timing we use.
Can I change what I am targeting mid-campaign? Yes, and it usually makes the search better. Location, remote or on-site, salary floor, industries, companies you never want contacted. Tell us and it changes the same day. Your criteria are a starting point, not a lock.
What if you contact a company I would never work for? Tell us and it comes off permanently. You can add a name to that list any day of the week.
Should I keep applying on my own? Yes, and plenty of clients do. Just tell us where, so no employer hears from you twice. A doubled application reads as careless and can take you out of the running at companies that track applicants.
