Tariq is a certified resume writer and career strategist with ResumeYourWay. He has a military background, serving in the US Coast Guard for over 8 years before transitioning to a career in corporate recruiting and employee relations.
Tariq completed his master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, with a concentration in Leadership and Management. In his spare time, Tariq enjoys spending time with his family, particularly his wife Amal and their two children, Leila and Samir. Tariq is also a dedicated volunteer at his local Veterans Affairs office and takes care of two pet parrots. Having visited many ports around the world during his Coast Guard service, Tariq's favorite place remains the vibrant city of Miami.
