How Do The Resume & Cover Letter Writing Processes Work?


After placing your order, you will receive an email that will direct you to an order form where you can either attach your existing resume, complete a short questionnaire, or choose to do both. Once we receive your submitted form, we will determine the team who will be assigned to work on your resume. We typically reach out to you within 24 hours after receiving your information. On the first screen, at the check out you'll be able to select standard or rush delivery and on the next screen, you'll be able to make payment on our secure form via any major credit card. Immediately, you will receive a unique order ID # (via email receipt) that you can use when corresponding with our staff via telephone, email, or our client services interface. Your assigned lead writer will reach out to you to introduce themselves. If you have no further questions, your resume will arrive via email in both PDF and Word format. Throughout the resume writing process, you will be able to correspond directly with your assigned writing team, add additional services, maintain and update your submitted files, and more. After your order is complete, you have the chance to review it and let us know if you want to make any changes or revisions.

How Do I Know Which TYPE of Resume To Choose?


We offer 3 types of resumes: Civilian, Federal and Military Transition resumes. Once you determine what type of resume you need, you will be able to find it from our home page, then choose the package which matches your length of employment. You can always call us with any questions or schedule a free consultation with one of our certified resume writers who will answer all and any of your questions for you.




Can I Speak To A Writer Via Telephone?


Of course! Once you have been assigned a writer, simply let her/him know that you need to speak to them over the phone.




How Can I Get A Discount?

How Do I Download My New Resume?


You will receive two easy-to-use copies of your new resume via email. One copy as a traditional Microsoft Word file and the other copy as a PDF file. If you experience ANY difficulty with either of these, our customer service department will be happy to assist you by re-sending them in alternate ways and/or formats! We will DEFINITELY get your new resume to you!




Can you help me if I live in another state or country?


Yes. We have had clients all over the world; location makes no difference. Coaching services are typically done by Zoom, and we have both noon-time and evening times Eastern available to accommodate different time zones.




Do you offer interview assistance/mock interviews/interview coaching/Interview Aikido? How much is that?

Will I have to come back to you to update my resume?


No, though many clients like to take advantage of our reduced rates for returning clients. You will receive your documents in Word, and they will be yours to modify. We also provide you with a free guide on how to update your documents for different job postings.




Will I be able to use my resume and cover letter for different types of jobs?


The documents will work best for the type of position on which we model them. That said, we can provide you with a guide on how to tweak your documents for different positions.




Should I get the Executive Resume?


The Executive Resume is what you need if you are going for a position at the C-suite, executive director, president, vice president, or director level.
