Vanessa
Vanessa is a retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Georgetown University. She has been with ResumeYourWay since 2020, assisting military veterans to pinpoint their unique skillsets and translate them into compelling resumes.
Prior to joining the team, Vanessa made her mark in the field of Human Resources within the Department of Defense, applying her understanding of the military environment and civilian industry trends.
A lover of the arts, Vanessa spends her free time attending local theater performances and painting seascapes inspired by her navy days. She is the proud mother of 4 and has a pet turtle named ‘Sailor’.
