You buy the package. Then you meet with a career coach who maps your 12 target programs against your major, GPA, citizenship status, year in school, and where you actually want to work. Federal-only, private-only, or any mix. The choice is yours, and it's grounded in what realistically fits your profile and goals.

From there, your assigned subject matter expert builds everything required to apply, scoped to what each individual program asks for. No two federal internships ask for the exact same documents. No two tech companies want the same resume. We don't use a one-size-fits-all template.

Submission works two ways. Federal programs require you to apply through your own accounts, so we stage everything and walk you through each portal step by step, and you press Submit with every document done. Private-sector portals are different. Where a company's process allows it, we handle the submission for you. Either way, nothing goes out without your review.

What's Included

Career coach session (post-purchase):

• 1:1 consultation to map your 12 target programs.
• Eligibility verification before we start writing (citizenship, GPA, year-in-school, major restrictions, security clearance prerequisites, Selective Service for males).
• Current cycle check on every target. Programs pause, rename, and shift their windows year to year. Your coach verifies each program's status before we write a word, so you never spend a slot on a closed program.

Documents built per program:

• Resume tailored to the program's exact format. Federal roles get a 2-page maximum resume, strictly compliant with the OPM Merit Hiring Plan mandate enforced since September 27, 2025. Longer resumes get applicants removed from consideration. Private-sector roles get a one-page achievement-oriented resume styled to the company's expectations.
• Cover letter where the program requires one.
• Essay and personal statement coaching for every program that asks for them, structured with you and written in your own words, so certification-bound federal applications stay compliant.
• Transcript handling guidance per program portal.
• Recommendation letter strategy with deadline tracking.
• Writing samples and portfolio guidance where required.

Federal track support (where your target list includes federal programs):

• USAJobs profile build and optimization.
• 2-page resume strictly compliant with the OPM Merit Hiring Plan, enforced since September 27, 2025. We always check agency requirements, GS-level requirements, and OPM's current guidance, so every document we deliver is in full compliance at the time it's written.
• SF-86 prep notes for security-clearance-eligible programs.
• Channel-specific advice (USAJobs, agency-direct portals, ORISE Zintellect, NASA STEM Gateway).

• One-page achievement-oriented resume styled per company expectations.

• STAR and CAR behavioral framework prep aligned to each company's competency model.

SME alumni access:

• Application package review by an alumni SME who actually landed at the agency or company you're targeting.
• Inside view of what each program is actually screening for, beyond what's posted publicly.
• Behavioral and case interview prep informed by alumni who recently went through the same funnel.

Application strategy:

• Per-program submission walkthrough across USAJobs, agency portals, ORISE, NASA STEM Gateway, and major company portals.
• Application calendar coordinating all 12 deadlines. Federal cycles open at different times than corporate cycles. Coordinated tracking prevents missed deadlines.

Retargeting:

• 30-day retargeting if a posting changes or you adjust your target list.

Who presses Submit

No federal program permits third-party submission. USAJobs and agency portals require your own logged-in profile, so on federal applications we prepare everything and you press Submit with us walking you through it. On private-sector applications, where the company's portal allows it, we submit for you. And the parts no one can outsource, HireVue interviews, online assessments, and live rounds, we prep you for until you're ready, with an alumni SME who's been through the same funnel.
