You are the person who gets it done. Your resume says so, and that is exactly the problem.
A resume built out of duties reads as someone who takes direction well. It is accurate and it is why you keep getting interviewed for the job you already have. The version that moves you up leads with what changed because you were there.
Staying at your current level another two years costs more than any resume, and the longer the title sits, the harder the next reader is to convince.
What you get
- Your resume, 2 pages, built on results. Every role written as the challenge, what you did, and what changed. Revenue influenced, time saved, error rates down, headcount kept.
- Your comprehensive Master Resume. Fifteen years of work written out in full, no length limit, yours for life. It is what your next targeted resume gets cut from, so the second one takes a fraction of the effort.
- A writer from your own field. Sales, operations, administration, clinical, whichever yours is. You should not have to explain your industry to the person writing about it.
- A targeted cover letter aimed at the job you actually want next.
- Two calls, intake and draft review. You see the draft and we talk it through before anything is final.
- Every line backed by something real. No "Core Competencies" keyword dump. Nothing goes on the page unless we can point at the work where you did it, because a list of buzzwords is unverifiable and the software passes over it anyway.
- Written age-neutral, always. No graduation year, no "20 years experience" announcing seniority through math. The document should never volunteer the answer to how old you are.
- Every change you mark gets made, exactly the way you marked it. Including the ones you would assume were already handled. Nothing you flag gets lost between drafts.
- Checked by someone who did not write it. A separate reviewer with no stake in the work reads your document against everything you told us before it reaches your inbox.
- A hard deadline reorders the work. If you are up against a real submission date, say so before you order. What you need first gets built first and the rest waits, at no extra cost.
- 15 days of retargeting, starting when your Master Resume and your first targeted resume are final, pausable for up to 3 months.
- Clean files, both formats, document properties scrubbed before delivery.
- Delivered in 2 to 4 business days. If you have a real deadline, tell us before you order.

Which postings are actually worth my time?
Read the requirements as a wish list, with two exceptions. A hard credential is real: a license, a clearance, a degree the law or the employer genuinely requires. Almost everything else is a preference, and "degree preferred" usually means preferred. What decides it is whether you can evidence the core of the job. The bigger mistake we watch people make is not applying to roles they would have been competitive for. Send us a posting you are unsure about and we will tell you straight.
Should this job go on my resume?
Bring us the whole picture including the parts you are unsure about. A short contract, a role that ended badly, a stretch of contract work. Each usually earns its place, because it keeps you currently employed with no gap on the page. Deciding what makes the cut is our job, not yours.
Do I have to be a veteran?
No. We are veteran-owned and a lot of our clients are veterans, but this package is built for any mid-career professional. If you found us through the veteran side of the site and wondered whether you were in the wrong place, you are not.
Will it still sound like me?
Yes. We build from your own words. If a draft ever drops a sentence you wrote, we put yours back rather than leave our rewrite in its place.
Can I edit the documents you send me?
They are yours. You get an editable Word file for exactly that reason. Send it back after your edits if you want a second read, and we will tell you straight whether anything you changed weakens it.
Three people work on your resume, and all three are people
A certified writer builds it. A subject matter expert from your own field checks that the technical claims hold up. And someone who has sat on the hiring side reads it the way the person deciding will read it. We have looked at 320,000+ hiring outcomes to understand what actually moves a decision in a given industry, and then a human writes your document from your own record.
100% Human-Written. Zero AI. Zero Outsourcing. No templates, no two alike, and nothing in your resume that you did not do. We succeed when you get hired, not when we deliver a PDF.
110,000+ clients served since 2014, 28+ certified resume writers, 55+ subject matter experts.
