Before you order

How long does it take? This package is 3 to 4 business days. If you have a real deadline, a job ad closing or an internal review date, say so before you order. We have moved a package up to meet a client's date more than once, and we will not quietly promise a date we cannot hold.

What do I actually receive? Every document twice, an editable Word file and a submission-ready PDF. Read everything at your own pace, and if a date, a title, or a citation is wrong, tell us and we correct it.

Can I edit it myself, or will I break something? Edit away, it is yours. Send your changes back and we will tell you honestly if any of them would cost you, and most of the time the answer is that they are fine or that they improve it.
