You need experience to get the job and the job to get experience. This is how you break that loop with what you already have.

Your internships, your coursework, the job you worked through school, the project you actually ran. That is professional evidence, and it is worth more than it looks when it is written the way an employer reads. Most early-career resumes list what happened. Yours will show what you did with it.

Every extra month spent applying with a resume that gets filtered is a month of starting salary you never earn back, and your first offer sets the floor every later one gets measured against.

What you get

  • Your resume, 1 to 2 pages, written for the roles you are actually applying to and built to read cleanly for both the software that sorts it and the person who decides.
  • Your comprehensive Master Resume. Everything you have done written out in full, no length limit, yours to keep and keep adding to. You will still be pulling from it in ten years, which is what makes this a career asset rather than one document.
  • A targeted cover letter that introduces you in your own voice.
  • A kickoff call to mine your academic and internship history for the parts you are underselling, which in our experience is most of it.
  • Every line backed by something real. No "Core Competencies" keyword dump. We do not put a skill on the page unless we can point at the work where you did it, because a list of buzzwords is unverifiable and the software passes over it anyway.
  • Written age-neutral, always. No graduation year, no phrasing that announces through math how long you have been at this. The page should never answer "how old is this person."
  • Checked by someone who did not write it. A separate reviewer with no stake in the work reads your document against everything you told us before it reaches your inbox. You get the version that survived the argument, not the first one that looked finished.
  • A hard deadline reorders the work. If you are up against a real submission date, say so before you order. The document you need first gets built first and the rest waits, at no extra cost.
  • 15 days of retargeting. As you apply to different kinds of roles, we re-aim the document. The 15 days start once your Master Resume and your first targeted resume are final, and you can pause the clock for up to 3 months.
  • Clean files, both formats. Editable Word and submission-ready PDF, with the document properties scrubbed so no writer's name and no software signature sits inside the file an employer opens.
  • Delivered in 2 to 4 business days. If you have a real deadline, tell us before you order.

Who this is for

  • Recent graduates and interns
  • Associates and coordinators, 0 to 5 years
  • Career changers starting over at entry level

Who should buy a different tier

  • Attorneys, physicians, PhDs, and technical specialists belong on the Specialist and Senior Manager Suite.
  • Anyone with management or supervisory experience belongs on the Experienced Pro Resume. Buying the climbing package when you are no longer climbing flattens the experience that makes you worth hiring.
  • Not sure? Get on a call first. We will tell you which one fits, including when the answer is the cheaper one.

Before you order

I do not really have anything to put on a resume yet.
You have more than you think, and this is the single most common thing we hear at this stage. Coursework, the project you actually ran, the job you worked through school, the club where you were the one people asked. It reads as professional evidence once it is written the way an employer reads, and that is most of what you are buying here.

Should this job go on my resume?
Usually yes, and how it is written matters more than whether it is there. A short job that keeps you currently employed is worth more on the page than the gap it would leave. Bring us the whole picture including the parts you are unsure about. Deciding what earns its place is our job, not yours.

Do I have to be a veteran?
No. We are veteran-owned and a lot of our clients are veterans, but this package is built for anyone starting out. If you found us through the veteran side of the site and wondered whether you were in the wrong place, you are not.

Will it still sound like me?
Yes. We build from your own words. If a draft ever drops a sentence you wrote, we put yours back rather than leave our rewrite in its place.

Can I edit the documents you send me?
They are yours. You get an editable Word file for exactly that reason. Send it back after your edits if you want a second read, and we will tell you straight whether anything you changed weakens it.

Three people work on your resume, and all three are people

A certified writer builds it. A subject matter expert from your own field checks that the technical claims hold up. And someone who has sat on the hiring side reads it the way the person deciding will read it. We have looked at 320,000+ hiring outcomes to understand what actually moves a decision in a given industry, and then a human writes your document from your own record.

100% Human-Written. Zero AI. Zero Outsourcing. No templates, no two alike, and nothing in your resume that you did not do. We succeed when you get hired, not when we deliver a PDF.

110,000+ clients served since 2014, 28+ certified resume writers, 55+ subject matter experts.
